Im Selling My Profitable Incent Site
Posted on 22 July 2008 by sam
I have decided to sell my incent site RevenueVenue . Site was registered a little over 3 months ago. It made $2300 profit last month with $200 in advertising spent. This month it has made $3000 profit so far.
Profit includes advertising cost and revenue paid out to the members.
Site July Stats :
589 Members
15,007 pageviews
2,961 Unique Visitors
Site June Stats :
29.545 pageviews
7,583 unique visitors
The drop in traffic is do to the fact that $0 were spent on additional advertising campaigns. All new members are coming for member referrals and referring sites.
I will do site management for a monthly fee, witch will include all back end work like loading offers, doing contest for members, paying out members, etc.
I have prof of revenue and traffic stats. If you are interested email me sam@affiliatesmiami.com

Why are you selling it?

Dang,
Must be a good reason as to why you would get rid of it. If it’s running on auto right now, I would just set more up and repeat what you have already accomplished. Put the profits you have now into advertising 2-4 of those sites and then sell them. At 3K monthly profit you could sell 2-4 of those sites and make a good chunk of change to bankroll for quite a bit. Let us know how the sell goes!
Best,
Ruck

Good point Ruck. Im leaning towards keeping it anad get it up to #10k a month. It does run pretty much on auto pilot and would probably not be smart to get rid of it.

Let’s see, you claim to have made all of that money but you failed to mention that you have not paid any of your members out for JUNE yet so yea, it can be profitable when you keep all the money for yourself and not pay anyone. Anyone who wants to check this out for yourself, go here:

First of all im not the person in charge of accounting. Second, if you know anything about cpa networks, it takes them minimum of 1 month to send out the comission checks from the prior month and on top of that I had forgotten to send my w9 to one of the companies. Everyone will be paid once I get paid.

Well then, why don’t you tell your members that instead of leaving everyone hanging and splattering your name all over the place, adding you to the boycott site and posting all over your own forum?

An email was sent to the members regarding payment. More than one email actually.

That is just not true. As far as anyone can tell, you sent 1 email to 1 person over a week ago and never answered anymore. Have you actually read the comments on your forum or over at GPT Boycott?

No not really. Im not the person who maintains that site.

Well I would suggest that you go there and enlighten yourself. As far as the members of RV are concerned, the admin has disappeared without a word and without paying anyone and I highly doubt anyone is going to want to purchase a site that is in arrears to its members and has built up a bad reputation to go along with it.

Please email me your login name and ill add you to the priority list. sam@affiliatesmiami.com

I would leave my login name if I honestly thought it would do any good. It is Aug 6th and the payment issues for Revenue Venue have still not been addressed and the members have still not gotten paid for JUNE. Most of the people do these sites and rely on the money they make and if you were truly legit, you would take care of these issues asap or even send an email to the members to let them know what the hold up is. It is really a shame that you would sit back and let the site that started out so promising gain such a bad reputation.

oops, computer hung up and I double posted, sorry.

Well it looks like you guys are gonna have to wait even longer because $1,000 worth of commissions was shaved of my account for fraudulent leads. Who’s filling out the offers?
The same people who are bitching about getting paid are putting in bogus information.
