Your probably asking yourself “why the hell would I want to aim for unrealistic goal”? Well thats a simple answer. You want to aim for goals that are “unrealistic” to others, but extreamly realistic for you. I don’t know about you, but I love people that doubt me, it fuels me even more. When people aim for a goal they either
1, Reach It
2. They fall short ( Most of the time this is a little under their original goal)
Let me give you an example. If your goal is to buy a new Porsche 911 and you work hard to get it but fall a little short you will settle for the next step down, a Porsche Boxter. Either way, your still driving a Porsche ans regardless of weather or not you reached your goal you were still successful.
Now if your goal is to have a Toyota Corolla, (No offense to anyone, yes they are good on gas) and you can’t get the corolla, then what are you going to get? A 78 Ford Pinto? With that being said stop aiming for what others say are “realistic” because at the end of the day they will never be better than average.
Look at the successful people of this Earth. I would say 98% of them had “unrealistic” goals in everyones mind except theirs.
